Tim Hortons - London, Ontario

I walk in and no one in line so I go to the register. Stood there for about 7 mins before anyone came because I had to yell out to the 6 people standing around "does anyone work here!?" I had to repeat my order 4 times of two coffees that ... are the same, apparently it's so hard to take an order. This is by far the worst location for speed or customer service. I went to this location, June 26 2024. 12 pm I asked for an egg belt on a four cheese bagel no pork. With mayo . The first bagel that was given to me, had bacon , they remade it then I mentioned that they forgot to add mayo ... and the girl in the kitchen Yelling and raising her voice at her own colleagues that she did put mayo and that’s at the bottom I will show you a picture of what the mayo that was on my bagel. I did not wanna ask to have put back but I don’t pay $.30 extra to have this on amount of mayo my bagel This woman that works with you guys made me feel like the work environment right there. It’s hostile if I worked there, I would refuse to tell her that something is wrong with the food and fear of being yelled at disgusting behaviour and not a team player. I will not return to this location. I’ll stick to my north end. I get it we all have a rough day, but that is in no way shape or form acceptable to treat one of your own coworkers like that and have the employees / guest hear you disrespect your own coworkers out loud I would not come back to this location Read more

A group of our friends usually meet here for coffee gathering and chatting. Very wide and many free places to park the car. And also very convenient to go shopping at Goodwill 😀

I hate that this Tim Hortons is the closest option on my way to work in the morning. I'm surprised people say it's slow, I find they are trying to get you through the drive thru so fast that their service and quality sucks. I swear they pre toast ... bagels because every time I get one it's cold and there's hardly any butter (and it doesn't melt). I then ask for double toasted to make sure it's toasted and warm, and I get a completely black, inedible bagel. The customer service skills are horrible- they don't interact with the customer, they're always busy socializing. Read more

Take a look at their “loaded bowls” that are advertised. Now take a look at what I got …. No it hasn’t been eaten out of yet , this is what I received. A couple tablespoons of rice which I’m almost positive they’ve just mixed with some chilli…and few soggy ... pieces of lettuce.
