Tim Hortons - London, Ontario

I go every week after church cause it's down the street. The service is always slow, the tables are all always dirty I always have to ask for a rag to clean a table from staff, the bathroom toilet is always clogged and un-usable and never soap to wash ... hands . Idk if it's bad management but this is by far the most disgusting tim hortons in london. They do not know how to follow health and safety in the entire restaurant I can just imagine what's happening with the food. This is a must miss place, been coming for 3 years and it's been constantly like this. So sad corporate doesn't step in and correct these problems. Read more

Absolutely horrendous service, waited 15 min in store for a breakfast wrap combo and a sausage on biscuit combo while they were continuously making people’s coffee and not my food orders and before you say maybe they were waiting in fresh food well they weren’t. After finally making food they ... left it on counter behind them and when I asked what’s going on the wmployeee says I still have to wait 4 min later she then proceeded to walk up to a bag already sealed and been sitting their and proceeded to give me that one. This place is brutal for mobile orders, I work near here and sometimes order an hour ahead so I'm not late to work and I will enter to nothing ready. Than they give you this look like you're an alien. There's been one or two times where I have also found ... hair in my food Read more

Nice staff, good food and coffee. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Stunk like an outhouse, pee on the floors, no soap in the dispenser, and out of toilet paper. Considering this locating uses a code for the door, I'm not sure what their excuse is.

It's a pretty good place early in the morning. As the day progresses it gets exceptionally worse. The staff seem to be a little disorganized . However the location brings in a lot of riff raff so it lowers the overall atmosphere and slows down customer service.
