Tim Hortons - London, Ontario

I bought a chocolate creamy chill and it tastes like coffee. I’m not a coffee fan I and I suggest make it taste like chocolate not coffee and add Oreo to the topping list. I would definitely give a five star.

35 mins in drive through. Gf went in and there were no customers in thr store. Worst service crew ever. Of course they are the younger staff. Back again a week later and service is super slow again. 15 mins with 3 cars ... to the speaker ,only to find out the cold beverage machine is broken. Another 15 mins to get out of the drive through with only the 3 cars in front of me. Over 7 mins per viechle. Update number 2. Again this tim hortons screws up the orders. The management at this store must have no care as the service has become one of the worst in the city. Read more

Went through the drive-through at night. No one in line and no one in the café. Lady told us to wait at the microphone and then left us for five minutes. after the five minutes, we asked if we could order and she said yelling at me is not going ... to make me take your order right now. I am busy. Then we waited another five minutes before she got to us took our order. We pulled up to the front window and waited another five minutes before she rudely dismissed us. Read more

I find tim hortons food period, sucks, I only buy coffee and even that is bad some days, it's the imagrant work shop of Canada. Drive through is the longest wait ever, probably because they hire people that can't speak English very well. 3/4 of the staff is from Asia or ... India. Literally 3 white people in there. Read more

This shop occasionally visited, did not expect today's take-out lunch hamburger to eat a plastic sheet, the bottom of the cake accidentally found mold spots. A little sad 💔tim's always been a favorite store.
