Manchu wok Masonvill mall London Ontario have been my favorite location to eat every noon. Whenever l am around the area l would definitely go there and eat. It's also happened l drove from longer distance to get there, but whenever l went to get my favorite lunch, the waiters try ... not to fulfill my request willingly. They have false smile just because of money. When l ask for an extra from what l like, they hesitate to do so. It's like they try to save the food for better events😁😁; even though, I pay whatever they charge. No need of being greedy Manchu Wok. You don't give a free lunch. Please listen to your customers. Very dry and old tasted food. They Just give you one napkin per person and get mad if you ask for more. They hurry you up when trying to order the food in a very unpolite manner. They asked me for a tip when I paid which is actually ... unappropiate because they do not serve you at the court food tables is a counter service. Ordered takeout and I'm pretty disappointed. 😞 Chopsticks - UBER cheap, flimsy, and completely unusable - picture shows a LARGE sliver that came off, with many smaller ones protruding from them. Straight into the firepit.... The Chicken Eggroll was extremely mushy, closer to a mashed potato consistency - extremely unappetizing, I spit ... out my one and only bite. The chicken wings are WAAY over-battered - pictures show the amount of GREASE that leached out of them. So much so, that the integrity of the bag was compromised, and it tore open when I attempted to take it out if the bag Furthermore, when you squeeze a wing grease comes out of it; so saturated, that the "crispy" exterior is soggy and falls off. 🤮 The beef fried rice was very dry.
