Great food as always, but... our one server slightly older lady. Seemed very unhappy, her face was very visibility upset when we said that there would be 10 of us. When we go to Swiss we prefer the Southend location. Food is hot, place is clean and service is great. Missy is the best and always treats us well (2 adults 2 kids). Service is fast and always accurate with Missy. When she is not there the kids are disappointed (as ... are we :) but thankfully those times are few and far between! Always a great supper out. We love coming to Swiss Chalet on Wellington Rd! The food is always fantastic! The service is excellent (shout out to Tammy!!) and the value for the food is great. Family friendly atmosphere. We’ve been coming for years and will continue to do so.

My dining experience at swiss chalet was wonderful! The service was quick and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food was comforting and familiar, just like home-cooked meals. Overall, it was a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience that I would gladly return to.

I've already called to speak about my problem but I don't think they are aware of just how disappointing our order and service was. We ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers for take out, and this is what we got... To the gentleman who first took my call and said "well did ... you order the bacon cheese burger?" To forget the bacon and cheese is one thing... Your kitchen didn't even bother to DRESS the burgers period. Not even any veggies, any sauce, unreal. 2 stars because the woman who handled our complaint was very polite and professional. She did what she could, but after sitting and thinking... And also realizing we got no sauce for the spring rolls either, a $7 credit doesn't make up for the $51 of disappointment we just received. Read more
