I was driving by and wanted a coffee (this Tim Hortons is nowhere near my home) went through the drive thru ordered my coffee, DARK roast with an espresso shot. I got regular roast and they think I can't tell the difference!
Today I came here with my friends and we ordered 5 chocolate creamy chill ice caps and unfortunately they don't have that flavour at that time so she wants me to change to other type so we ordered caramel ice caps and lady who served us was nice btw ... but ice caps she made were totally garbage.All my friends didn't like and literally we all left these ice caps.she made these ice caps in so hurry and made totally garbage. For taking care of fast delivery they don't make it with heart. We were so upset with these drinks. Please guys have some patience and please make with heart not just in hurry to come to next customer.I dont blame these employees for their behaviour and all but you messed up our mood with your ice caps .So next time please take care of it and please make it with heart and deliver your authenticity. I’m not one to leave a poor review. But there’s just a few things that truly need attention in your place before I would consider using the space for a meeting again. As the only patron present before my meeting, I was bummed by the fact that every single table was ... dirty. The floor and table bases are so gross and to see actual hair, drip marks, finger prints and crumbs on chairs is an over-the-top disregard for cleanliness. Additionally, have you stopped requiring your employees to wear hair nets? If it’s this dirty where people can see, it leaves one to imagine what your kitchen/prep areas look like. Normally super quick, friendly service, they just choose the silliest day/time to turn off frozen beverage machine. Poor decision making there. Like people want caffeine on their way to work. Do it in the evening…?

Ordered a caramel latte and a walnut crunch. Got the world's most burnt tasting drink in existence, not even remotely stirred so all the syrup was at the bottom and a blueberry donut. But at least it was fast
