Fantastic experience! The salmon was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. Our server, Sruthi, was incredibly sweet and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Additionally, I was impressed by the manager, Mary, who clearly excels at her job. It was ok, the waitress had rough day with other customer, but she should put herself back in road, but she didn't, a bit racist even when I asked questions.
Today, I had a late lunch at Kelseys Original Roadhouse. My parents joined me. I ordered a Shirley Temple after our server introduced herself. We ordered the Four Cheese Spinach Dip to share as a starter. This is an absolute classic at Kelseys. We still feel it is one of the best ... appetizers we’ve ever had. I recommend getting it with extra cheese. Then came my beet and goat cheese salad. I added on shrimp (this was a mistake on my part). The shrimp came with BBQ sauce and ruined the dish, for me. My entree was the Chili Garlic Shrimp Sirloin. It was an 8 ounce steak, and I got medium rare. It was topped with pan-seared shrimp in a chili garlic cream sauce. On the side came steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes (I could have gotten one of the myriad other sides, such as Chip Truck Fries or a loaded baked potato). As there are three Kelseys in London, we went to the one on Oxford St and Gammage St. The inside is like an old pub, very wooden. Changing my review from a 2 star to a 5 star. Been to this place to give it another chance. Our waitress was Imogen. She is the one reason I have changed my rating to a 5 star. The service was outstanding. She suggested some good stuff and we did ... try them and it was the best. Need more people like her friendly and customer centric. The manager Jenny Evans called and ensured things were fine. She was very professional and customer focussed. Read more

Everything was excellent, since the we opened the door, util we left. They had live music, which was nice. The food was delicious. I had the Balsamic Chicken, and it was marvelous. The atmosphere was awesome. The service was great. We had a great time. Thank you! Definitely going back.
