Hero Certified Burgers - London, Ontario

Today at 3am I decided to order from Uber Eats. I had very specific requests for one of the burgers to be packed separately since I would like to pack it for my husbands work and don’t want it to become soggy. The order came perfect. I called Hero Burger ... Anuj answered and he assured me the order will be made how I requested, he was kind and also asked extra questions to be sure he will pack it the way I would like. He has great communication and is very thoughtful. Thank you soo much for understanding and caring about people instead of just thinking of us as another order. Usually I am at Hero Burger with my husband and new born, the staff are friendly and very fast with the food! But this time ordering had me nervous but I’m happy my order was just right! It’s the little things that matter, especially when you spend money to treat yourself once in awhile. Kindness goes a long way and being a new mom and all the stress in this world it means a lot! Anytime of the day you go there, it will ALWAYS be amazing and fresh. All toppings are spot on and the sides are great too. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an outstanding burger in a delightful place of experience.

We were 1st time customers. There was only 1 person running the show, she was doing her best. We have never tasted such a bland tasting burger and fries. If you want amazing Burgers and specially if you are celiac or gluten free ask for Reshma. I have rarely ever encountered such a nice server who cares about the customers so much. If you are up to tasting something amazing (spicy though) ask Reshma to make you her style ... burger. Read more

This place needs more staff. Me and 3 other clients are waiting for food and they only have 1 poor dude working the cashier and making the food. He's doing his best, but, it's taking forever!!! Lets keep more than 1 staff member. UPDATE: after waiting about 15 minutes for my ... food, the worker comes out and tells me that their machine is broke, so there are no chocolate sundaes. He also informed me that it will be 10 more minutes wait for the food. I'm currently still waiting on my dinner. UPDATE 2: After receiving the food, it was mediocre. The quality would be similar (or slightly below) a burger from Harvey's, which is much lesser price. Definitely not worth the price point. Read more
