My husband took his mother here today for lunch, and it was a horrible experience. She wanted to pay, and she ordered 2 combos one with fried and one with frings... they were charged full price but only got the side and drinks, no burgers. The cashier said she never ... ordered burgers. When she went back up to complain, they argued with her, and then charged her full price for a separate burger. She is 80 years old and came back to the table crying. My husband didn't say anything because he didn't want to cause a scene, however I can't keep silent. Asked for very, very very well done fries for my poutine, even suggested that they put them in the fryer two times. Sadly the fries were barely cooked!
