Great coffee in a great location. Whether drip coffee or an espresso beverage, these guys brew up really good coffee. There's also delicious and fresh treats. The staff has always been friendly. One of my favourite cafes downtown. The biggest reason is the interesting staff. They are among the friendliest staff of any place I visit. They have personalities and are interesting people. Coffee and food items have been good. Ambience is very positive here.

Had a really experience visiting Fire Roasted Coffee Co. The coffee shop is small and cozy, and the coffee tasted amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful (we asked them things to do in the area and one of the baristas actually wrote out a list with directions ... to the places to go). The store was bright and pretty clean—loved the ambiance. The staff were also friendly and service was quick. Best part is the coffee, tried both the almond flat white and almond latte, both were very creamy and smooth, which is hard to achieve with almond milk (many coffee shops mess ... this up)! Great coffee shop downtown, with the normal selection of coffees. Staff were very friendly, and atmosphere was calm and warm. Seating for around 20 people. Only downfall is limited food and not really any gluten free options. Worth it for the local coffee though!
