Had an absolute amazing experience. Service was phenomenal. Server was very friendly and personable. Food came quicker then most places I've been and the quality of the food was more then I could ask for. I had the fish and chips and the Buffalo chicken bites and was very ... pleased with the taste. Lots of flavor and it was served hot unlike most places where you get it and it's cold. The manager/owner came out and had a nice welcoming chat with us. I highly recommend eating here. The pub like atmosphere was great. Ambient music, tvs for the sports fans and lots of smiling faces from the employees. And even though it was busy, they managed very well. Enjoyed an amazing meal at Old South Village Pub! From crispy fish and waffle fries to a hearty chicken sandwich with pickles, every dish was delicious. The bulgogi kimchi-loaded fries were a flavorful twist, and the classic club sandwich with a fresh salad hit the spot. We love this spot for the patio in the summer! They have lots of seating and a good selection of tasty items on the menu. Recently I ordered the buffalo chicken bites, an appetizer ($18). I was expecting to possibly be hungry afterwards since it's an app but not a chance. ... The portion was MASSIVE, I had more than enough for lunch the next day. I swear there were like four chicken breasts in one order (see photo). The fries are great too! Fresh cut. Also they made me sangria even though it wasn't on the menu. I recently took my girlfriend to the Old South Village Pub on a recommendation and we both absolutely loved our time being there. The service was excellent as the people who work here actually care about giving their customers a memorable experience. I mainly stuck to drinking beer but my girlfriend ... experimented with some of the beverages available. I had a few sips of whatever drinks she got, and let me tell you; they were delicious. The beer is cold, the drinks are tasty, but the food is the highlight. We both ordered the jalapeño popper burger. I was going to order a salad or fries with it, but then we found out the soup for the day was jalapeño cheddar and bacon, so I had to pair jalapeño with jalapeño. It was absolutely phenomenal. Nice location, generous portion sizes and a decent beer selection. If you're planning on sitting at the front patio, call and book, as it was super busy when we visited.
