Enjoyable experience at the Open Kitchen. Came in on a weekday right about opening time. Was waiting for friends and waitress was very polite while I was waiting. Didn't feel rushed. Great pancakes and very cute restaurant but not too many lacto-vegetarian options and home fries were under-seasoned

The open kitchen is an excellent choice for brunch. The size of the portions on your plates is quite vast, it included homemade potatos, sausage and bacon which were delicious. The size pancakes I order were big, puffy and tasty. Service was polite, attentive and quick. The restaurant interior design ... is quite modern and it is well illuminated with tons of natural light.
