Ceeps is my go to bar, the vibe is always super fun but I have to say last night I was super disappointed in the service of one of the bartenders. I understand working with drunk people cannot be an easy task everyday and you’ve got things going on outside ... of work but if you chose to work customer service it’s your job to respect the people coming to purchase things from you. It’s your job to ensure pleasant experiences because you are the face of the company. The bartender last night had the biggest attitude and gave no second thought to be outright disrespectful to myself and my friends. We waited patiently to ask questions or correct orders and we were gifted with dirty looks and poor service. A little communication goes a long way instead of being outright rude. bartenders drinking on the job, sticky floors, musty air. security refused to give us stamps at the smoke door when we explicitly said we were taking a smoke break & then argued with our group about re-entering without paying again despite having proof we paid cover already. slammed the door ... in our faces and wouldn't let us back inside. our group ended up going somewhere else; shameful service here. lame music tonight, certain dj’s suck and no one does anything to fix them. we want current and fun, with upbeat throw backs, no cringe music.

Hosted a club event where we purchased wristbands for line bypass until 10. When we tried to get in with our wristbands, we were told "it's only line bypass if we're at full capacity and not letting everyone in." This makes no sense and should really be communicated to clubs ... before they try to host an event here. When we tried to explain, the people at the front of the door were extremely rude. It was also super cold out, and some club members didn't bring coats because they thought they would be able to bypass. Was really upsetting for a lot of our club members since this was a fundraiser for Breast Cancer. Disappointed, would not recommend you host any club events here. Read more
