Went for a shake and ended up also ordering fries and double bacon burger. Shake was the only thing that was acceptable. The fries were tasteless and the burger was subpar at best. Actually the onions on it were like plastic and I actually thought they left a plastic ... rapper in the burger. Yet another bite and yet another plastic onion. For the cost I could have got a better Mel at a local Asian restaurant and felt better that the meal was actually healthy for a lot less money. Read more
The overall rating should be a 5 star. This is one of those places which your gut says will be good and end up being amazing! I love the vintage aesthetic of the place, the drive thru menus even. Do not expect customer service to be upheld here. My receipts did not match. Upon requesting the proper receipt with my amount for the items I had asked for I was refused. One receipt priced $32 one priced at $41. When asking for the actual receipt with the items I had purchased ... listed I was told I was given the receipt for the order in front of me “because we had the same items” when they ordered items priced higher than me. Multiple request for the proper receipt with the items from my order so I could know the correct total and not the estimated total. I had the window shut in my face and got laughed at by the employees. And the comment about “hoping I don’t enjoy my food” has made me very uncomfortable what could they have potentially done to tamper with my order? Read more
I have not been to a Fast Eddie's location in a very long time. You still get fast service and the food is not overpriced, but I have to admit that the sliders are not the same they used to be. They are dry and must be made ... well in advance. Also all the buns were burnt. ...But the service is quick and if you need a fast bite to eat.. even if the quality is not there, the service and value is a 3star. Read more
