Dandy’s Charbroiler - London, Ontario

I’ve been going to dandy’s for a long while now & what happened today I will never go again. Not only were the fries undercooked , I was missing food items that they claim the delivery driver didn’t deliver , when I got reimbursed I said I was going to ... reorder but that the fries were undercooked and if they could replace them I was told to hold on while they spoke with the manager the woman comes back unfortunately unless you tell us to cook them longer that’s how they’re cooked every time this is not true because again I eat there often and one of the reasons I do is the fries and gravy… these fries were gritty under cooked potatoe.. they refused to replace a 7$ fry. That’s it for me never again will I go to dandy’s , or recommend them to anyone , poor customer service and tbh I don’t believe they sent out all the food. Read more

Still the best burger I've had in a while. Definitely larger and cheaper than the average burger you find at any fast food place. For char-broiled goodness with a variety of toppings and a knock-out flavour to match,make this your go-to burger spot.

I'm visiting London for the weekend and wanted to try a local establishment and I found this gem of a spot. I'm a sucker for a good cheeseburger and saw when I google search restaurants in the area that this place is known for their burgers so I decided to ... give it a try. The burgers are huge it was $20 with tax for a combo with onion rings which they make in-house and they are also huge LOL definitely good value for your money! The only thing I would change is making the patty a little bit thicker it does say it's only a 7 oz patty so it is thin for the size of the burger but it's so tasty a chubbier patty wouldn't hurt. Burgers (award winning?) were very burnt and dried out. Bun was good though. We have had better here years ago, so maybe it was just that night.

Definitely a hamburger place worth trying! Order: 7oz burger in a combo with fries. Sirloin Steak sandwich combo with onion rings. Burger was fantastically priced and massive in serving size. It was delicious. Absolutely had a hint of cinnamon and the burger meat tastes heavenly with fresh toppings from the topping bar. Fries were ... delicious, steak cut style and lightly salted. Sirlion Steak burger was phenomenal. It’s rare I find a place that offers this, so when I see it I go for it and it did not disappoint. Love the grill taste on the steak. Only thing we didn’t care for were the onion rings, too much batter in my opinion. I’m sure it’s popular, just not our thing. Great customer service though! Love the topping bar as well! They looked fresh. Next time we come back to London, we’re going straight to Dandy’s. Read more
