I usually go through drive-thru, but this time I went in. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The kitchen was very busy for the lunch run, but extremely well organized and the front staff still really friendly. Hat trick shake also a fantastic idea! I'm impressed Harvey's!!

This Harvey’s always has superb customer service. Everyone there is consistently nice to customers, which is rare. I’ve never been to a fast food place that is so well-run. One member in particular is especially kind - his name starts with an S.

Ordered ahead. Picked up to take home. Onion rings cold as ice and not freshly made. Ordered 2 pickles on burger got 0. Ordered 2 tomatoes, got 1 and a very thin, tiny end of one.
