We got the dinner for three tonight, very fresh, delicious, best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time
First time Dining in. The food was awesome, egg rolls are tasty, spring roll needs work. Very fresh ingredients used, I was very impressed with the flavours. Second visit, we ordered for pick up. Joe, formally operated Jubilee restaurant and buffet, now has assumed Winners on the NbEx grounds. Friendly and happy to please you, the food is just plain good Chinese food, and quite reasonable. It'd be nice to see the restaurant expand, as it is small, hopefully it will :)
