Great food, friendly and courteous staff (way better than the staff at Quiznos Emerald Hills). They always get my orders right and provide excellent service with a smile. Thank you and keep it up!

Normally this location is good but this time there was wax paper mixed within the meat. It looks like the paper they use to portion deli meat. When I took a bite and got that in my mouth I decided to not eat the rest. Mistakes happen when it’s busy ... but it’s just unfortunate it happened. Edit: gave it another try today (July 24th, 2019) the lady who served me was very friendly and quick Service but she used the debit machine and computer without changing her gloves then proceeded to handle food. Hands down the best Quiznos location in Sherwood Park! I've never had a problem here. Food is always prepared correctly and is fresh. I really enjoy the staff! My wife and stopped in for a sub. We said we wanted something vegetarian. The lady ( Ozzel by name) was pleasant and efficient in spite of the rush. She cleaned the counter, changed her gloves and our subs were beautifully toasted and ready. Excellent sub. Excellent service. When will Quiznos understand what Gluten Free means? You can't just get the bread and then have no in house knowledge. It's 2017 guys.
