Nasty, dirty and sour bubble tea. Stay away from here. Not a good place at all. The meal was awful and you could tell that the ingredients were not fresh. I ordered a bubble tea and it was sour. I brought it to the counter and let them k ow ... that it was sour... They said"it is not sour" and walked away. It is unfortunate, but I will not be giving them a second chance as this is the very first time that I threw my whole meal, including drink into the garbage. I would have liked to see this restaurant be successful, but I don't think that it will when they are easy to dismiss a customer. ***Response to owner/manager*** Unfortunately, the reply in which the manager/owner wrote to me was incorrect. The location which I paid a visit to was in fact the Spruce Grove location, and I did place an order of both food and drink... The bubble tea was indeed sour and it is unfortunate that my review has not been taken seriously and at my word. I am a business owner and do take my reviews seriously as I fully understand that reviews are quite important to a business. There were two staff members at this location at the time of my order, one, an older lady and the other was an older man. The lady gave me my food and the gentleman gave me my bubble tea... none of them mentioned anything in regards to 'it should taste sour'. I have been drinking bubble tea for more than ten years. I did not have added sugar nor anything else added. But I do assure you that the product was sour and I did mention it to the woman at the counter and nothing was done about the matter, except I was told two words..."not sour". I am sorry that you do not take my review seriously, however; I would encourage you to consider what I have written and have your staff members make quality control a priority. Thank you ***I am sorry that you do not believe that I came into your establishment, placed an order or talked to the staff. I will not delete or edit my original review. As a business, I believed that your staff would have appreciated if an ingredient was 'off' or 'bad', then steps could have been taken to rectify the issue. Nobody likes a review with negativity, however; to flat out and accuse a customer of blatantly lying is bad business. Perhaps take this review as a critique and not a personal attack. I did visit your establishment, I did bring my concern to staff. I wish your business well... but please...as one business owner to another; please take this as a critique and use it as a tool to influence your quality control. Thank you Read more
