If I could give 0 stars I would everything was absolutely appalling, first of all the lady at the till had a disgusting attitude after I didn’t want to tip on a $50 dollar meal that I ordered online to pick up ! I wanted to switch my 2L pop ... and she refused and said it’s not possible when they have the same value. Let’s discuss the meal both of our medium pizzas were undercooked the dough underneath the cheese was gooey and hard to chew we even brought it home and tried to put it in the oven to cook it and that still didn’t work! We live quite far from this location so this was just a quick stop for us . Absolutely disgusting my wife is pregnant if we didn’t check the pizza she could have easily gotten sick ! I will never be eating from this franchise nor this location again & I will surely be calling management in the morning to describe my experience for a refund. I just ordered for delivery and my main dish I received was completely burnt and over done. It barley had any chicken inside of it! What a rip off! It also took 20 minutes longer to arrive than the estimated delivery time. Not impressed.

Just had my order delivered. Dough on stuffed crust is NOT FRESH TODAY. I managed a pizza hut and was a dough master for two years before that so I know what old dough looks like. Also the garlic parm wings were not fully covered. Some did not even have ... sauce on them. Please do better. I am disappointed to say the least. Read more

We ordered a pizza and when we got it it was only three quarters raw quarter cooked so we phone them and let them know what's going on they replaced the pizza with on the inside at 50% cooked so therefore not very good so I won't be ordering any ... pizza hut anymore they lost all my business and service and I hope you guys feel the same but the does not cooked don't eat and it's supposed to be white all the way through nothing gray. Ordered a pizza on January 31st, had a visa gift card for a birthday gift to use and the gift card was $50 - order was 47.74 and I didn't have room to tip on the card so I planned to pay cash for the tip when the driver arrived. ... Driver arrived with the order and left with his $13.00 cash tip, dished up the pizza to eat and after one slice I was left thinking something was off, maybe they changed their recipe because it was way too spicy and due to medical conditions I can't have spicy food so I couldn't eat any more... turns out they just sabotaged the pizza by putting a ton of chillies underneath the cheese and since that has NEVER been like that before my only guess is that its because there was no tip placed online when ordered. I called pizza hut to complain and they didn't even deny doing this, they agreed to refund me on my card that I ordered with..it has been 2 weeks and not a phone call nor a refund has been given. so this review is being posted today as I am not impressed and will NEVER order from them again.
