Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. +Tastes good. - there's basically no crust. I didn't order a thin crust pizza. I ordered stuffed. Maybe it's because I didn't tip them for doing the job they are already paid to do. I mean I drove to the location, not delivery. that's still not ... an acceptable reason though. Doesn’t follow up on survey complaints. The girl on the phone is like not my shift not my problem. I have to talk to the person on shift. Doesn’t work that way you are on shift you have to take care of the complaint. I don’t know who trained the ... staff to act like this but seriously gotta do better with customer service and take it a bit seriously. The girl was so rude she just hangs up on me. Nobody cares and i have worked in customer service as well and you have to follow up on the complaint done through the survery. What a rude lady wouldn’t listen at all such a bad attitude. Read more

Wanted 28 wings but got 28 boneless wings instead so specific during the order. Didn’t return though because the boneless wings were fresh fried and had a lovely crunch. We ordered 12” triple treat box and one of the pizzas arrived like someone cut a piece and eat part of our pizza. My husband call immediately to report the issue and after several cuestión without sense the end up the call in a rudeness way. We will never order ... pizza from Pizza Hut. Pretty disappointed.
