Pizza 73 - Edmonton, Alberta

Place has the atmosphere of authentic NewYork pizza place. Space is for quick bute and great conversations. And Gill is a great person to talk to and is very informative. If anything, I would recommend people go to chat. This is of course accompanied by great food!

Pizza 73 can be pretty hit and miss but this location has been consistently top tier. They are very fast at completing your order and don't cheap out with toppings. Overall, great 73 location!

Ordered today pizza for my daughter with garlic sauce and chicken shawarma as i got the same for her birthday party last week.. but when she bit her ,it's was very spicy.. so i came back to location and explained everything .. and ask if ... possible to change it .. luckily for me it's was a great gentleman ( he was an owner ) who explained and showed me that most of the shawarma chicken comes with paper seasonings ,but he understands my situation and kindly made me another one with regular chicken instead . So i must say that i respect how they handled the situation and definitely it's a 5☆ customer service experience. P.S by the way pizza with regular chicken was delicious and my daughter stayed happy. I had a really bad experience with Pizza 73. We ordered a paneer pizza, but we found a rubber band in it. We told their customer service, but they only offered us $10 as compensation, which we refused. Finding a rubber band in the pizza was really gross and surprising. We ... complained to the people who work there, but they didn't take it seriously. They said they would give us $10 off our next order, but that wasn't enough to make up for the bad experience. I can't believe Pizza 73 would let something like this happen. It makes me worried about their food quality and safety. Getting a rubber band in food is not okay, and their response was disappointing. I want everyone to know what happened, so they can be careful if they decide to order from Pizza 73.
