The weirdest store that I ever came across. I asked her as to when the manager is here. And she made this cringy face and replied that they are never here. I mean there has to be some management at a give time. I waited for several minutes after ringing ... the bell for her to serve us. Well no care for customers. Back talking about us when we left the store. Then laughs when confronted. Read more

Pizza was over cooked. Hard, no flavor. I told them to make medium spicy. But they don’t know how to cook.. we can’t eat.. we throw them. Never going to buying again. You can see in the pic only chilly flakes

Served RAW chicken from this location, make sure to check your food before eating it.!!! Edit- The Call Center Manager should have had all the details from the call with the supervisor yesterday. All the details are in your store on camera. The cook had no clue how long to cook ... the items for, no documentation in store with cook times for the meat, timer was probably not even used or correctly used on fryer, food was never probed/temp checked once out of fryer. Fails on multiple levels, this shouldn’t have even happened in the first place. The LAZINESS of one person has caused a major issue, it has also brought too light the other issues within the management and other departments. This is a matter of Health and Saftey. Hopefully this matter isn’t taken lightly and brushed up under the rug. It’s embarrassing I had to reach out to the CEO to get some real action on this matter. Read more

Whenever i come here i see the male staff. He is very helpful and always-gives good service. Best tasting pizza 73 branch in Edmonton. Gluten-free wings, Buffalo cheese wings and tandoori chicken pizza is worth a try!!!
