Pizza 73 - Edmonton, Alberta

First of all staff is very good and talking to the customers is really great today I have ordered the pizza all the things we're very good but the staff is very good specially the front one

EDIT: I received the same generic response that everyone else did, inviting me to email Pizza 73 with more information about my concerns. I emailed them right away, 6 days later I have received no response. Terribly unprofessional, on top of bad food (read below). FOOD SAFETY CONCERNS! We ordered for game ... night tonight and it wasn’t even edible. The toppings slid off the pizza as soon as I picked it up and the dough was so raw I could actually stretch it like a chef. I have never seen anything like this before and I was shocked. Curly fries were also raw, and the “golden crispy” wings were soggy. I had to rebake and airfry everything before I could serve it. I called customer service to advise that what was delivered isn’t safe to eat and they could only offer 40% off the order as a credit. I understand that food quality issues can arise, however the dismissive nature of the complaint by their team demonstrates their commitment to quality and therefore I shouldn’t be surprised that it was terrible. Pizza and wings came basically raw. We called them and they basically said there was nothing they can do. I've been ordering pizza 73 for decades and this place is a stain on their brand. What a joke. Zero customer service and zero effort in quality. When they're delivering raw ... food it basically comes down to a safety issue at that point, and they obviously have zero concern for their patrons. This is just.....aweful. There is barely any cheese, and the crust is .2mm thick We had it delivered from the Spruce Grove location this evening. Someone should teach them how to make a pizza properly. I havent experienced bad pizza73 before. Would be nice if you would offer to make ... it right. I have a receipt in hand. Thanks. Read more

One star shouldn’t be aloud this is horrible I ordered a gluten free with extra vegan cheese and paid 4 dollars extra for it I ordered it in Uber eats. This is very clearly inedible like they Litterly could not of done worse if they tried absolutely deploarable.!!! I would ... be so ashamed if I was the manager or let this out of my store!!!! Nuggets arrived BURNT and cold to and look at the lack of toppings these 2 pizza and the burnt nuggets costed me 77$ luckily Uber eats decided it was completely unacceptable and immediately refunded me.
