"My recent experiences at Pizza 73 have unfortunately been marred by consistently rude and unprofessional behavior from the elderly gentleman who appears to be the owner or manager. Despite being a loyal customer, I have encountered his discourteous attitude on multiple occasions, which has significantly tarnished my experience. This is not ... an isolated incident; it has occurred three times now, and each time it has been more disappointing than the last. Such behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing role, especially in a service industry where respect and courtesy should be paramount. I do respect elderly people…. But uncle at the paypoint is so rude and doesn’t treat well at all to customers or delivery drivers. I hope he doesn’t treat his team that way…..I live nearby but will not prefer this location……

I just ordered pizza hard to see toppings on it. Dont know why spent $24 on midium pizza. Never going to order again from this location. I love pizza 73 but this location 0 star rating

I've ordered from this location many times, and their quality of food, and service has been extremely hit or miss. Varying from nearly raw pizza dough, and ignored order instructions, to it being exactly right.
