Worst experience. I ordered for pickup, waited 50 minutes to get my pizza and tried to talk to someone twice- asked about how my pizza was coming along, they left and never came back. Then finally a caught someone and said “hey, is my pizza almost done? If not I ... think I’ll just go somewhere else and get something else (I could tell they were busy and I was pretty hungry at this point)” he said “I’ll check” 5 minutes later I see him rush by and I ask “how’s my pizza? You never came back.” To which he said “it’s almost done”. 5 minutes later the first lady I talked to came and said they didn’t have the crust I ordered and would I like something else. In over an hour they couldn’t have communicated that? I don’t usually leave reviews but I hate that I wasted a solid hour waiting and no one bothered to tell me anything and actually lied to me when I asked. Read more

This pizza 73 location is one of the best in the city. The customer service is outstanding and they’re quick to accommodate to any of your needs. The pizza is very tasty and their vegan options are excellent.

Thought I would give pizza 73 a try after years of of not having it due to it being the worst pizza ever. To my honest surprise when I got home the pizza was NOT overcooked , it was cooked to perfection. The cheese was perfect , the amount of ... sauce was just right . I couldn't believe it!!!!! Hadn't gotten from Pizza 73 for a while so thought it was time. Was not disappointed. Ordered online and I arrived when it said it would be ready.
