Pre-ordered my food, and when I went to pick it up at first he couldn't find it. Then says oh ya you ordered this on Thursday for pick up today (Saturday). I said yes. He says give me 15 mins. Extremely slow, lack of care for third party delivery companies and orders placed on other sources other than the Pizza 73 App. Placed an order on UberEats, arrived at store 20 minutes later (time uber predicted food would be ready) they hadn't even started my order, and a lady getting ... her order taken when I arrived got her food before me! Bad customer service. Doesn’t start food until arrival and makes customers wait an additional 20 minutes. While waiting I saw 3 more customers come and and were ignored for 5 minutes when not busy while they are yelling at each other, and while some sit behind the grey door doing ... nothing. The worst pizza ever had in a my entire life! Bought this vegetarian pizza today and it tasted HORRIBLE. The vegetable and pizza sauce not cooked properly and had a bad smell and taste to it.STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

This place is the WORSE place. If I could give a zero star I would. I wish I read the reviews before going in. I ordered chicken wings (40 pieces) When he open the box first all the wings were super tiny which didn't bother me. I noticed they ... looked burnt. He said it it was just color of the breading. I knew better but I still took them. I tried a piece of it in the car. They were DISGUSTING. I went back in to let them know they were burnt. The cashier went and called someone in back I believe it was the person that cooked my wings. He was a short man with attitude told me that he cooked the wings for exactly 9 mins what's required.. no common sense. If the wings are extremely small and you fried them for the same time period as normal wings. What do you think? Anyways He started screaming at me. I asked for my money back. They told me they wouldn't give me back my money in the store. That I had to call the customer service line. Again no common sense. I didn't call the call centre to my order my wings. I went to that location and paid. Again I asked them for my money back they told me no. So I called into the call centre and they were confused as well. Why I would need to call them to get my money back. The call centre guy was nice enough to call them in the store to ask them to pay me back and they refused again. My wings were dried up and hairy my 40 pieces of wings fit in box for 10 pieces picture attached. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.
