I fell outside their establishment and hit my head hard. I walked in asking to use their washroom to ensure I didn't need to call 911 and would buy something after if needed and they refused to let me in or serve me. I would never go to that location again, their customer service is really poor. Manager/owner I believe is really rude amd mean. Not sure how you get ppl to come back with that attitude. Such of waist of money

I’ve never received an order from Panago that was so clearly made without any effort or care. Gluten free pizza had no cheese or sauce. They only put toppings on half the normal pizza even though it was only instructed for the gluten free. The toppings were cut like crap ... and just tossed in without care. Location was also out of sauces for dipping, one of the reasons a person goes to Panago. Was the first time my aunt agreed to try it, now she’ll never trust me that Panago is good. Read more

Made an order on skip. They delivered incorrect pizzas. Skip won't refund. Call center told me to drive into the store. Waste of my time and money. Don't waste your money on this over priced garbage.
