Little Caesars - Edmonton, Alberta

PLEASE READ: I recently had a repetitive issue with Little Caesars. The driver and restaurant has been misreading things on purpose, deliberately causing inconveniences. The DoorDash delivery service, about $10.00 in service charges and undeserved tips falsely claimed he knew the town well despite giving it to the wrong ... house next door. Really unbelievable they tried to blame us. By then it was already too late as the neighbor brought the pizza into their house to eat it. To our surprise, our pizza order ended up at the wrong address not once but TWICE now. The delivery driver claimed to have misread the house numbers, the second time in a row this happened. The DoorDasher brought McDonald’s to our house instead of our pizza on the previous occasion and we had to go through all the calls and steps exactly like last time to get our refund today. There’s many other good places in town that deserve the business, not this brand. I will spread the word, too bad they thought they did nothing wrong. We won’t be ordering again after they tried to outright lie about punching in the incorrect address when it wasn’t our fault. Read more

Went to quick hot and ready pizzas. Ordered them the till froze. So for some reason they had to count all the money in the till, it was only 6:00 so not closing time. Then they asked for my order again. Still nothing happened. Then after about 10 minutes they ... finally figured it out. By that time there was a lineup of six people. I always wondered why people eat their pizza. Well this location made me understand why. I got the stuffed crust medium pepperoni pizza. I was pleasantly surprised. It was hot and really good. 😊

Can't beat the price and service. .big menu include regular crust, stuffed crust ,deep dish crust and thin crust. Don't forget to add 2 for 7 crazy bread Med pizza start from 7.49. Don't forget new crazy puff comes in cheese or pepperoni CHEERS

Usually pretty consistent, but lately we haven't been impressed. They don't seem to use their pizza portal anymore so I end up having to go in and ask where my pizza is. The last time, they just pulled it from the hot and ready area. Additionally, they apparently don't check ... the food before serving it. Check out how burnt the stuffed crazy bread in the image is... How could they serve this to someone?!? I had to return and got a refund. Read more
