Domino’s Pizza - Edmonton, Alberta

We ordered just 1 pizza only and they let us wait for 1 hour and they wasn’t able to deliver the pizza. We called the store and the staff who answered was rude and not very helpful. They stole our money by not cancelling our order. They also hang the call when ... we are complaining about our order. Very unprofessional! O If you want a domino pizza, just go to other branch. Had great service from here for years, but now they don't start cooking the food I order online until I call in asking how much longer the order will be. First time, the online tracker said food was ready but it sat there for about 40 minutes so I called ... in. She said they are waiting for the delivery driver. Food was delivered 5 minutes after I called and it was cold. Second happened today. I ordered the food online, it said it was being prepared for half an hour. So I called and she said they are waiting for delivery driver and I would have to wait another 20 minutes. She said food will be hot this time, even though I never mentioned it was cold before. 🤔 I'm ordering from a different location next time and using up all my points. This may be the end of the road for Domino's for me if I have one more bad experience. Sad because they use to be very fast and I enjoyed the food and points. Read more

Quite delicious food for a standard pizza place. I ordered two cheesy breads and a 3-topping pizza. All three items were really loaded with toppings, which was a pleasant surprise. The door to the place could use some repairs. The staff were fairly pleasant but didn’t seem to understand my questions. Is ... fluency in English too much to ask for the service industry? The food order today wasn’t good at all, failed to follow the instructions. There is no sauce for pasta, no cinnamon session to the bites and tasting only butter, no roasted peppers were added as requested on one side of the pizza. Highly disappointed with the food at this store.

We order here 2x a month. We always order 2 -14" tossed pizzas & cheesy Bread. Pizzas are the best for all reasons but for those lazy and cold wintery weather you can't ever go wrong. They never disappoint.
