We recently had the pleasure of visiting Chuck E. Cheese, and it was an absolute blast for the whole family! The service was top-notch, thanks to the exceptional efforts of Judy, Darryl, and Colton. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, with ... plenty of options to satisfy both kids and adults. The pizza was a big hit, and the salad bar was fresh and well-stocked. But the real highlight was the fun and games! The kids had an amazing time with the wide variety of arcade games and rides. It was the perfect place for them to let loose and enjoy themselves. Overall, Chuck E. Cheese delivered an unforgettable day of fun and excitement. Unacceptable. I came here on the weekend with my toddler for a birthday party, and a large man who seemed to be the manager ruined the entire experience as he was yelling at his employees the whole time, even though they were doing an excellent job at providing customer service. ... I visited this establishment to celebrate my niece’s 7th birthday. The games didn’t live up to expectations. Many of them were broken or had ‘band-aid’ repairs on them. The games were outdated. The Mario Kart games seemed like a cheap spin-off of the original. The coin tossing game had blanks out ... over the outside shooters making it less enjoyable. The pizza was as expected, probably overpriced for the quality, neither great nor bad. Chicken fingers were okay, low quality chicken, a lot of breading. Absolutely the worst chuck e cheese. We bought the 8 week pass for the summer so we go there once a week and there are games that are broken since beginning of June. Every week more games break down it’s getting to the point where my kids are not enjoying ... it because most of their favourite games are broken. Ask the staff to fix the games every time they never do. Sometimes you don’t even get the tickets/points you win. Total rip off! One of the manager there is extremely rude, she’s not happy to be there. When the 8 week pass runs out, we will not return. I paid them my hard earned money but can’t play half the games, what a rip off. Only decent thing there is the pizza, it’s good when it’s hot and fresh. Read more

We came to this Chuck E Cheese for the first time for a birthday party. Right off, we noticed how much cleaner this Chuck E Cheese was compared to our Calgary one. The space seems larger, too, as machines are nicely spaced out and feel less cramped. The staff here knew ... their way around birthday parties. They seem to have everything ready and pretty much gave people the summary and guide. They knew when to get pizzas ready and how to move from one event to the next and still leave enough time for kids to continue playing after. The pizzas were surprisingly decent for what you get. I ate a slice and enjoyed it more than some random pizza joints in the city. The kids all seemed happy, and only a couple of games were out of order. My kids loved this Chuck E Cheese and exclaimed that it was the best day ever. What else is there to say when the kids are happy. Read more
