My first time at Beer Revolution meeting up with friends for lunch on this snowy winter day and one person in our group, a well travelled aficionado with a data base for all the beers consumed over lifetime in different countries/places locally in #YEG enjoyed the various beers ordered; I ... ordered a Moscow mule which was served elegantly in a copper cup and made to perfection!! The food was very good also and the service was excellent with both staff- Melody and Kyle taking care of our needs.. I was impressed with the range of beers offered as a sensory analyst with some specialisation in ginger ales/beers for my Ph.D. in Food Science back in the day!! I will return for certain as the location is ideal with plenty of parking and close to shops in Unity Square, #YEG Reason I posted a pic of the WC as I was so impressed that no air dryer and simply roll of brown paper tissue - studies have shown the benefits of not using air dryers from the point of view of health wellness!!!
