I generally order take out from here but this evening was terrible. I ordered a spicy dynamite roll and instead of crab there is some sort of mushy black stuff. I called to ask what it is and they told me “I don’t know” when I told them it’s not ... good I got a simple “ok”… wow awful customer service. Also charging a $7 service fee on top of my order that I’m picking up is ridiculous considering you’re already charging insane prices. Read more

The food here is amazing! We especially enjoyed the lobster roll, seaweed salad and kimchi. The presentation is also really nice. We’ve been here a couple times, unfortunately both times the service was incredibly slow. The second time we were here was February 14 so it was expected to be ... busy, but although we made a reservation, we were told we would have to wait 30-45 minutes to place our order. We were willing to wait, as the other time we were here we really enjoyed the food, and we had no other plans for the evening. It was worth the wait because the food was delicious. Sadly, a portion of our order was completely missed. We were told we’d have to wait another 30 minutes for the sushi that the server forgot about, but we just got the bill and left. Mistakes happen, but I was disappointed as we were waiting for quite some time. I think that the service is slow because the food is REALLY good and they’re likely busy with takeout and delivery. Also, they have a huge menu, which is probably a challenge to fulfill. If you come here, make sure you don’t have plans to see a movie or something after, as you’ll be here for a while, but it’s really worth the wait. Read more

I ordered sushi home, after we started eating, I didn't feel like it, because the avocado was missing in the tuna rolls, the taste was terrible, and in another roll I got a piece of wood as in the photo. We immediately went to them, but they denied that there ... was a bad product, made a return with dissatisfaction and said, well, sorry, we have a lot of people and we don't have time. I have been going here for sushi for eight years. Until recently it was my favourite place. On October 29, 2023 I went for sushi with my daughter, and it started with our drinks not being brought to us, and when we pressed the tab on the table, we were ... asked if something was missing, which clearly, was our drinks. The server apologized. My daughter’s food was then brought out and one of the three rolls of sushi that I ordered. This was 25 mins after ordering. It was salmon tempura roll (as STT was not available) and it was cold and mushy. The 2nd roll roll was brought out 40 minutes after I ordered. This was a Dynamite roll, and, it had a different flavour (not good) and the presentation was awful. I cancelled my third role simply because if the first two were reflective of the third, which had yet to come, it would be horrible. Won’t be back for a long time. Of note is that we were the only people in the restaurant for the first 30 minutes, and it still took that long for the sushi to be delivered. What you see was left behind. Read more

Waitress was friendly and efficient. Food was fast and fresh and great quality. Superior sushi, love this place 🍣 😋
