Buster’s Pizza Donair & Pasta - Edmonton, Alberta

Great service owners are a small friendly family. Donairs are great, and prices are good/ comparable to other donair shops. I'd say they are the best donair in Sherwood park; 1. for good tasting food, 2. they deliver, and 3. They are open later than all the others!

The donair was just awful it was cold and the wrap wasn't steamed either so it sucked

Went to the Wye Road location for lunch today while waiting for an oil change next door. Greeted well by the staff who suggested some options and both were fantastic. Ordered the meal deal last night. Website says $23 not including tax. I was charged $29 plus tax. Informed the employee that is not what was advertised on the website. He corrected the charge which was fine. However after receiving the order (which seemed OK at first glance before leaving) - ... got home just a bit after 9pm and started to serve pizza when we all noticed after taking a bite thinking the toppings might be hidden that both pizzas were not what we had ordered. We ordered pepperoni and bacon. Pizzas only had pepperoni on it even after tearing layers for a thorough look. Pizza was also pretty overy cooked and the crust was a bit bland. Couldn't call back or return to the store as it was after 9pm and they were closed to inform them of messed up order. The Garlic Cheese Sticks were pitiful. I thought it was just regular garlic sticks with how little amount of "cheese" was on there to be classified as garlic cheese sticks. The tiny cup of sauce they give that comes with the cheese sticks was barely anything to dip... maybe only half the cheese sticks can be dipped before running out. Definitely needs to be two per order or placed in a larger container. The only thing that was right was the 2L pop we got with the deal. I appreciate the initial fix of correcting the price of what was advertised but the quality for a screw up to happen when the place was not busy says a lot and the overall end product result was awful in my opinion. I don't think I'll be returning again and I won't be recommending this place to others. This place isn't what it use to be and has gone through so many owner changes that the quality seems to be dropping with each new owner. I'm done giving this place chances. Sorry. Read more

Absolutely horrible, dry donairs stale pita's and not to mention a steel shaving attached to the wings we ordered and when we called and complained he didn't seem concerned at all nor did he offer any kind of refund or a fresh set of wings. I'll never eat there again. ... EVER!!!!! Read more
