been coming here as a regular for the past couple months' travel 30 minutes to come to this location and I call in advance to see if you guys have the chocolate vegan or coconut vegan ice cream. when I called Monday 22nd around 7pm the lady said they have ... coconut ice cream (vegan) when I arrived the other lady said that they don't have any and haven't all day and then proceed to tell me that the vanilla lactose free one was dairy free which I know is bs because every other person who works there knows it doesn't. The girl did not weigh out the ice cream and said that is only for new people then I asked for banana she said they didn’t have any I could see one on the counter she said that was only for banana splits not to be used as a topping I ... ordered 2 large bowls completely different amounts in the photo I have taken 2 small spoons out of the chocolate and only one out of the other but you get the idea.... not impressed Read more

Up unt our recent visit, we've usually had decent ice cream, nothing exceptional for service but that's fine. However, our last visit was extremely disappointing. We ordered two different ice creams and different mix-ins, the only common mix-in being cookie dough. As we went out to our our we and had a ... taste, we noticed they tasted funny. After we both noticed, my girlfriend realized it tasted like mold. It became very clear that it was moldy and disgusting. We went back inside and asked them about it, they offered a new ice cream but we were both very turned off from ice cream from here. We asked for a refund, which took an exorbitant amount of time to process. We had the taste of mold in our mouths the rest of the day. Really upset overall. Read more

Second time ordering a cake for my daughters birthday, and the second time they "didnt get the order" that I completed online. After being shown the email confirmation, there was no apologies just "we dont have it". This is the last time we will be going there at all. My mother ordered 2 slab birthday cakes from here online and got the confirmation email, when she went to pick up the cakes on the pick up date as per the email they said they don’t have the 2 cakes made or anything. They claimed they never got the order ... but she even brought in the printed confirmation email with her. Totally unacceptable. You can’t rely on this marble slab. She had to go to Dairy Queen last minute and luckily got 2 sheet cakes there. Read more
