Panago Pizza - Edmonton, Alberta

Haven't been here in quite a while and it seems like new owners. Ordered my pizza on-line for pick-up. There was a huge order ahead of mine (10 or 12 pizzas) but my order came out quick and hot. Don't blame a food delivery service for your bad pizza. Mine ... was still hot when I got back to my office. Spicy Capicollo! I would say that the quality of the pizza is always 100% but when ordering they tend to not be clear with the total. Originally I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pops but then he asked me if I wanted the special they are offering which would include what I ordered ... plus a cheezy bread and the total would be $37. I almost forgot that they did this last time when I was surprised at a $49 bill so I asked him to clarify what was the total again. He checked and it was $49 because he only gave me the price of the special but didn't include the price of the pop and delivery fee. To tell me the total was $37 twice and get billed $49 is pretty dishonest. Read more

We ordered pizza for our staff ! Vikrant was so kind and generous. The complementary, mushroom cheese mini pizza was delicious ! All the pizzas were super fresh and hot! Thank u JATINDER for making sure are pizza was nice and hot! The pizza is fresh ... and clean and tasted delicious! Highly recommended! The cinnamon twists are very tasty a good way to end the meal ! I’ve been a huge fan of Panago over the years. Tonight, the staff were super friendly and my pizza was made on time! However, I was quite disappointed in the quality of my pizza tonight. I ate it because I was hungry but the sauce barely reached the edges ... and even where the sauce was, it was applied very lightly. Just got my Spicy cappicollo pizza via Skip the Dishes. It's old, rubbery, dried out, no toppings, barely any sauce semi burned & ice cold. Disgusting. I immediately reached out to Skip the Dishes aboit the food quality and they disregarded my complaint. I will never order from Panago or ... Skip the Dishes again. So gross! 🤢 Read more
