Worst service I’ve probably received, they have incredibly rude people working there specially the old age owner he even don’t know how to talk with girls who refuse to listen to you when you try to explain what you want. I have dietary issues and have ordered gluten free pizzas ... multiple times without issues, however they make it an issue. You want a pizza but instead you NEED gluten free crust? They tell you no you can’t do that. Along with the fact that they don’t like to communicate at all. Every single person I’ve seen work here was incredibly rude and a horrible person to deal with. Only delivery women is nice here who work with them . I’ve given the place multiple chances but it’s never been a good experience. Please don’t order from here and most of the time the don’t give you complete order they miss something in your order don’t waste time here . there are more 2-3 option in Beaumont you can try from there . The lady who works during the day is to kind. She thought she overcooked my pizza and was so apologetic yet it was in my eyes ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! What a gem of a human being. So much consideration for the customer and that’s so rare. I also got pizza here a ... few days ago and the evening staff was so kind as well. Pizza chef was rocking away while the gentleman working the counter listened to me rant away about local pizza shops. What a great Panago location! Worst experience ever I have had with any Panago. Me and my family love Panago pizza. This time it was disaster. Pizza was dry, sauce was extremely tangy & pizza was chewy that our mouth will have pain after all that chewing. Recently ordered pizza from Panago for the first time through Uber Eats. Food was neatly packed and delivered within 30-35 minutes. We absolutely enjoyed the delicious and creamy texture of Chicken Spinach dip pizza with Jalapeno white sauce on base and topped with grilled chicken, baby spinach leaves, artichokes, caramelized onions along ... with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Overall, I would love to try other pizzas from panago in future. But, Some of the places that sells pizza at same price provides you a complimentary dip. I think getting that with their pizza would be a cherry on the cake :-) Read more
