Parking ok. Went to bank. Hard to turn left onto 137 even at the traffic light.

Nice selection of stores and a good selection of products would, if in the area, definitely go back to the stores there

Nice outdoor shopping mall. There is a good selection of retail stores and restaurants. There is lots of parking and easy access to the area from 137Ave. There are also professional services in the business area.

I had the absolute WORST experience dealing with the leasing manager Charnpreet Bhullar and the director of leasing Scott Sowinski from Melcor Development. They both don't respond to emails or texts. I had inquired about a space for lease, Charnpreet and I had a verbal agreement that I will take ... the space. He then emails me saying that I "don't meet the financial requirements" even though I explained to him that money isn't an issue since this will be a family owned business then tells me that he "can't share any further information" with me even though I do meet requirements to open my own business. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, these two should work at a bottle depot if they aren't good at dealing with customers. Read more
