I was really hoping it would be good. I have been in hospital for close to 3 weeks and I needed something that wasn't hospital food. I had to wait over 15min for food. The girl seemed flustered. The fries are so spicy and you barely get anything.

My husband and I stopped here for a very late lunch after I had some tests done, at the Royal Alex, that required fasting. What a way to break a fast! The burgers were big and juicy and sloppy the way good burgers should be. Also ordered a ... side of parmesan fries that were great. It took a while to get the food but that was because they were being made fresh. Well worth the wait. They had Fanta orange and Barq's root beer at the soda fountain so I made a swamp water. First of all $13 for 5 strips and a drink...This used to be a very welcoming and actually good place. The new private company took over. Staff is slow, not welcoming, and everything is over priced. Food is too greasy. Unfortunately the people that used to ... work there will never come back and they were so kind and knew the staff and actually cared. But lets privatize everything because that's the way to go now I guess. What a disappointment. Read more

I ordered two burgers and specifically said without tomatoes, onions and pickles. After getting the food and we started eating, tomatoes, onions and pickles were in both burgers . Love the burgers here. Fresh ingredients and the special sauce make their burgers the best, they are delicious and tasty. I love their fries, they are steak cut size. Service is okay. The store is in the Royal Alexandra Hospital lower level food court. Lots ... of seating and washrooms close by. The shakes are to die for. Read more
