Taco Time - Edmonton, Alberta

Barley any toppings in both hard and soft beef tacos. It was 80% wilted lettuce. The taters were very soggy. Horrible food.

I had Tacos from here that were delicious. Best part is that its HALAL!! I will recommend to all my friends and relatives to go here. I would say give them a chance and you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to be back

I am glad this location serves halal beef and chicken. I think the tacos amd food for price are pretty decent for a quick bite. Plus you can't beat taco Tuesdays. I am glad a halal taco place is available nearby.

Got a bean burrito from this location ordered through skip. I love guac so i decided to add to the burrito. As soon as i took a bite i knew something was wrong. The guac was literally sour. I feel sick to my stomach. This was my first time trying ... taco time and i can promise i will never be back again. Have better food safe handling practices. Read more

The owner or whoever was working there (the older man) was super rude and awful, I first ordered a regular deluxe Nachos, I paid and waited for like 10-15 minutes for it to be done, picked up the food and went to Starbucks across the street from the mall, upon ... opening the food I realized he gave me a Large regular nacho which consists of a bit of tomato and cheese sauce on nacho chips. I immediately went back and told him this wasn’t what I paid for considering I wanted the regular size of deluxe which is the same price as the large regular, he then continued to tell me he knows what came out of my mouth better then me and knows what I ordered better then me. I asked the person who was with me if he knew what I asked for and he agreed I ordered the regular deluxe. He was beyond rude and misleading. I finally agreed to pay the extra $1 or 30 cents for him to just fix his mistake and put the beef on my nachos and he said no I’d have to pay the full amount. I ended up leaving the $8 nachos I paid for but didn’t ask for at the counter after continuously asking him to fix his mistake. He was loud and rude towards me raising his voice when I asked politely repeatedly for him to fix his mistake or just to add the extra toppings and I’ll pay the extra few dollars. Wasted money and horrible customer service and will never go back. I’ve been to countless taco times and they’ve always had the best customer service. I know see why this place has so many bad reviews. Will be letting other people know not to come to this location as well.
