I give it one star because there is no option for zero. Ordered a wet burrito the girl stared to make a regular burrito my husband said to her my wife wanted a wet burrito she then rolled her eyes and said to my husband no she did not. This ... girl should not have a job where she needs to interact with customers. This place used to be alot better. The quality of ingredients has gone down hill over the years. I find the rice and meats are very bland. The staff however is very friendly and inviting.

This place used to be so great, when there was some French Guy running it. He seemed to take pride in the place, and the food was great, the dining area was clean and orderly, and the staff was friendly, but more importantly, well trained. They handled the ... lunch rush with assembly line efficiency. There was no better lunch place in terms of value for your money and it would have easily deserved 5 stars. Then one day management changed, some Bearded Lady took over, and it was all downhill from there. The entire staff turned over overnight, and it just keeps turning over. They don't seem to know what they're doing any more. For a while they couldn't even figure out how to get the cash register working. The place is getting dirtier and unkempt. Worst of all the food quality has been deteriorating. What do they then do but slap you in the face with massive price increases. That was the biggest insult. I'm not sure if management has changed again, but if it has it hasn't gotten any better. I still give it 3 stars because the place is still above average compared to the other lunch places in the neighbourhood. This place used to be so great... the best location ever. It's just ok these days, somehow the food has become more bland, and the experience is 'yawn'. The old owner used to take so much pride in this location, and was super friendly to deal with.... it's a shame.

This place used to be great but has seriously gone downhill. The food tastes like cardboard, they are always short of certain items and the staff are unfriendly.
