I'm extremely disappointed with my recent mobile order experience at this Subway location. When I picked up my sub, I noticed it didn't taste as good as it usually does - something was off. Upon closer inspection, I realized the sub was dry and lacking in sauce, and to my ... surprise, there was no cheese at all! I tried to contact the location, but despite their promise to review the security footage, I never heard back. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue, but they also didn't offer any apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. I even requested a partial refund due to the missing cheese, but that was ignored as well. It was a mobile order so it could’ve been credited back to my account easily. As a loyal customer who has been frequenting this location for years due to its convenience, I'm shocked and disheartened by the lack of attention to detail, customer service, and basic courtesy. It's been a month since my initial complaint, and I've yet to receive any response or resolution. One of the worst location I have ever been, it’s so disappointing. On 20 April at around 9:30 pm I asked the Asian lady for chicken sub and she has not even wrapped the sandwich properly. All the filling was coming out of it and was also not seperated properly ... from middle and the time I told her about her fault she started screaming and didn’t accepted her mistake. It was very bad experience, I cannot even imagine how can I have the sandwich which doesn’t contain anything … it’s just the simple bread . Out of nowhere she started arguing with me and was so rude. Burnt the bacon. Wilted lettuce. Cucumbers are translucent. Better hygiene needed. not one hand wash.

This place is terrible the Asian lady screws up my sub because I used a coupon and didn't own up to it. Then treated me like I was stupid. Wouldn't speak to me like she dosent know English. She added so much salt and pepper you couldn't eat it.
