I normally don’t want to leave bad review since I think any business is not easy. However this experience is so “interesting” that I really want to share. After confirming the sizes, I ordered two 9 inch sandwiches. Then I asked about the “Sammie”. The staff never told me it’s just a ... small wrap (come on I already said I wanted two 9 inch) so I ordered it. Moved to cashier, I found I had a coupon of buy one get one free so I asked if I can use it. She said she needed redeeming code so I gave to her. However she only took a look, saying it’s not the one. And! She directly turned away to another customer (not even saying a word! There were only me and another customer, no line up at all or someone was rushing her). I was really stunned! First, it’s clearly said “redeeming code”; if you don’t know how to use it, can you at least give it a try, or ask your manager? Second, come on I’m still here, well done totally ignore me! Best sandwich shop in the city. Owners always there working. Most friendliest people I've ever met. They remember my order every time. They are hard working honest people. Great atmosphere. Great people great food.

This place costed me my appetite for a quiznos for a long time. I went to order my fav the mesquite sub and usually i'm on my phone when i ordered but this time I looked over to see how the food was when they were putting on the toppings ... and it was just GROSS! The lettuce, the didn't look fresh one bit. I almost gagged but I didn't say anything when I should've. I didn't want to cause a scene with my kid there. My little guy had to go potty so we went to go into the rest room and couldn't bare a second in there it was filthy, toilet paper on the seats toilet not flushed. I was been here couple months ago, when a Indian is the owner. They service was bad but everything changed since a Chinese family own this shop. Their service is pretty good and their attitude is really friendly and kind. Now they offer free vegetables, which is really nice and ... they are concerned about what I like and dislike. Read more
