Got a sub today for lunch to go and the lady behind the counter must’ve thought I ordered a soup because she literally put the whole bottle of sauce on my sandwich. Literally disgusting. Got home and it’s leaking through the package and the bread is soaked. I’ve probably used ... like 10-15 napkins just wiping the end of my sub that’s leaking sauce. Clean store and friendly workers! Great deal of the days

Staff, including manager, are extremely rude and will lie over the phone and to your face. The promise refunds, then lie to you, and embarrase you in front of other customers. Items are not correct, very small portions, and stealing your money by refusing to refund. Went there for lunch From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. There was only one employee at that time and she was preoccupied, either engrossed in a phone call or listening to music through her AirPods. This distraction likely contributed ... to the overall lack of attentiveness and poor customer service experienced making the ordering process frustrating and time-consuming. Rather than removing the device out of her ear she was making us to repeat everything louder To add to the disappointment, the restroom facilities were far from clean. It was evident that they had not been properly maintained, with unflushed toilets and dirty sinks.
