Store has been open for only 1 hour and it's dirty and disgusting. Bathroom is dirty, most of the tables are dirty and the floor needs a good sweep. How is that possible? Food was disgusting and stale , very cold, meat was hard , dry to chew , they didn’t send me fork to eat do poutine, what they expecting to eat with hands. I mentioned for cutlery when it says how many people eating. Had more expectations from Mary brown. Never ... ordering again . No spicy sauce. I ordered two chicken sandwich , one poutine. Food came fast, quality was nice, and excellent communication and promotion of new and exciting items for sale! Responsive and diligent staff with customer-oriented mentalities. Thank you for the complimentary cookies!!

1. One drop sauce in the entire burger. Dryer than anything I ate. 2. Closed door cant even go in store to order or anything.

I visited this branch first in 2017 when it was newly opened. Everything about the place and food was brilliant. Now I visited again in August of 2023 and I was very disappointed with everything from the food quality to service and cleanliness. The door handle of the entrance door is broken. ... Okay... Then the people at service are broken too. They have no willingness to serve. When served, you meet substandard food. Mary Brown's Chicken is never chewy or rubbery except at this location. The Taters of Mary Brown's are never hard except at this location. Cleanliness was shameful. The floor was greasy and sticky and the washroom was not clean. I like and support Mary Brown's. It is the best fried chicken in Canada but this location needs immediate and serious attention. Read more
