Ordered online and waiting in store 30 mins after time it was supposed to be ready. Walk ins got priority and food before me. Multiple people waited over 45 mins for food including skip. Very tasty and perfect. I tried the Big Mary and the chicken was very fresh and the temperature was perfect for eating. Really liked the food and the services. Highly recommended…… Associate name Hamsa is very helpful as well.

Horrible experience. Employee seemed annoyed to even have to take our order, couldn’t be bothered to offer any side or add on options. After we placed our order 3 more customers walked in and were not helped until after we received our food. (at least 10 minutes). After we opened ... our bag, we had gotten and entire incorrect meal (asked for a buffalo sandwich and got a plain one, wedges instead of a poutine) and the dipping sauce for our sons meal was missing. Ordered 3 big Mary’s on skip the dishes. Im on the other side of town. Paid almost $40 for them. This is what I get…. The thinnest tiniest little piece of chicken with 3 little strands of rotten shredded lettuce… so I drove all the way across town to show ... them this. Only reason I’m giving them 1 star is because they replaced the 2 I brought back. Should have brought all 3 back but I had a hungry wife at home and wanted to eat right then. Purchased taters only to find some that were rotten. They were cut very messy and when I looked inside this is what I found. The tater box also had a bunch of left over bits of inedible chicken from the oil fryer.
