Third visit and another great experience. Chicken,fries and gravyl was great. They actually put liners in the bucket of chicken this time so the bottom of the chicken didn't get so greasy. Don't come during a rush, the poor lady working the front counter has to run back and forth between the cash register and the kitchen because they don't have a pass system in place. Also they seem severely understaffed, you can see by the wait time and the stress she ... wears on her face. Ordered on the app, set a time for pickup. I entered, the clerk greeted and said it's ready. Hot and quick. The food was great!

Been Here on this location last Thursday to order chicken. The store was very clean, the staffs are all friendly especially Elmer, he is amazing employee. My experience here was excellent. I will surely recommend this place to my relatives and friends.

Restaurant was empty, staff refused to take my order unless I had cash at register, ignored and forced customers to use KIOSK. Several customers came in and walked out because of the horrible customer service. The Kiosk was not very easy to use and took much to long. If the ... restaurant was busy, I would have had no problem with using kiosk. It was dead and customers were being ignored and not helped and left on their own struggling. My response was that management wants all customers to use kiosk moving forward. I explained to her I work retail and it is not about what the manager wants, it is about customer service. This lady was older and was having a hard time, instead of offering to take her order so she can have her lunch was appalling. The girl attending decided to argue to use kiosk instead. Tenders were hard, hard to chew and old. did not ask for my money back because I did not want to argue. I just wanted to leave and never come back. I work for retail if it is quiet or a customer walks up. We take their orders. Plus there is ALWAYS someone manning the self checkout in case customers are having problems. They were laughing in the back and they did not ONCE check on customers in lobby. Shame on you management. Needless to say, the lady walked out and went somewhere else. I also will not be back.
