This place has declined…📉 This redesign is horrible, there are only 2 full size tables (4 seats) this place doesn’t feel like it’s designed for customers, it’s designed for DoorDash.📦 There is only 1 “cashier”, it is labeled “Pick Up” I suspect in 3-5 years you won’t be able to talk to a ... human for service. Ever heard of shrinkflation? Their 11 herbs and spices is around 4 now. 📉 The gravy didn’t taste like gravy…🤔 Fries were fine but had visible chunks of sugar. The chicken was super greasy 🌊 , I had to use about 6 napkins just to take out my phone and take pictures. The chicken also had a weird but strange layer of fat, almost as if the chicken hadn’t walked a day in its life, not to mention the skin was slippery and hard to take off some pieces. $17 for a three piece meal that is the saddest fried chicken “meal” that I’ve ever seen. I thought “ hey they renovated it. It’ll be new. It’ll be good right?” Yeah. Nope.

I think this is the last KFC I will be visiting. Over priced, and no actual tills to me means, less staff and more money for corporate. Customer service is a thing if the past.

As I was getting a lift home from work from a friend I had ordered through the app for a pickup at the newly renovated KFC by my home. About 15 minutes later I arrived to see that they had a very busy rush going on. The manager had apologized ... to say there was going to be a ten minute wait for the chicken unless I wanted the extra crispy instead. I said sure for the substitute as I didn’t want to keep my friend in the car waiting any longer. To my surprise less than five minutes later he handed me my order exactly as I had ordered it without the substitution. I brought it home and my family devoured it! Got the 2 can dine for $15 which consisted of 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 small bags of popcorn chicken and 2 small fries. Service was quick and the drive thru attendant was friendly. My fries came out hot out of the fryer. The rest of my food was warm. Food lacked ... salt and didn't fill me up like I thought it would. Read more
