The guy who served us was super kind and friendly. He forgot to add gravy to my order but ended giving it to me free of charge. However upon returning home I was very disappointed in my food. While it was hot and fresh. It definitely didn't taste ... like the KFC I used to get. It was so salty I couldn't even eat it. Not sure what they did to change the taste but omg it's awful. Absolutely horrible service here tonight. Food was disgusting, half of the chicken bones were broken so you bite in and get a mouth full of bone insides. The lady working drive through had no manners, was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. We asked politely if they had buckets larger than 10 ... pieces, we were told “no, we only have 10 pieces right now” even though if you look at the menu online they do offer larger piece meals. Was it that they didn’t want to cook anymore? Who knows. No sauces were given with the order and everything was cold to top it all off. Had to fight with them to get sauce and my order wasn’t the right size. Never had such a poor experience and at a fast food joint of ALLL places. I mean come on why treat people like that.

Honestly so sad to see this one go down hill. Its been open for a very long time. But these days this has to be the cheapest restaurant I've been to in a long time. They never give you dipping sauce, we have been there many times and always have ... to remind them that the meal comes with sauce. They then bring you one sauce for mutiple meals, when you say something they huff and puff and get upset and finally give you your sauce, but lie and tell you they only have x many sauces left. (Is 3 sauces really too much to ask for when you buy a bucket of strips of popcorn chicken for 5 people? They leave out paid items regularly and love to charge you for the larger size while giving you the smaller size. Jokes on me I should have triple checked my order when I ordered a large popcorn chicken, paid $16 bucks and was given a small. What in the heck is going on here, almost all the employees act like you are disturbing them when you come to order. They actively ignore you here and the customer service is extremely poor Don't run a fast food restaurant if you are going to actively scam people out of money and treat customers like they are garbage GIVE PEOPLE THEIR DAMN SAUCES, AND THE SIZE OF ITEMS THEY PAY FOR. The restaurant was empty when we came in. A skip the dishes delivery driver came in after us. They spoke to the skip driver but never said a word to us. We stood at the counter for approximately 5 minutes while 3 employees stood and talked. Not one of them ... acknowledged us, said they would be a moment, or even smiled at us. After waiting at the counter for longer than 5 minutes, we left and went to Dairy Queen instead. I do kot recommend this location. Had they acknowledged us or said they would be a moment we would have waited. But they said nothing: Terrible service!! If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Read more
