The vibe is definitely a stride ahead of most KFC joints. Staff seem to have miscommunication issues, but aside from that they are polite, even informing you on your meal’s ETA! Portion size was less than ideal compared with other KFC locations in the city, (I ordered the 4 piece box meal) but still tasty as usual. Overall, this place ... has potential. (YUM! 100% fraud this location. If my family gets sick this weekend its because of here.Tried placing two orders and my son around 5pm Friday orders a fill up meal came all in a small fry container looked like cup no drink I pulled up the online coupons ... for Edmonton and sherwood park Alberta and they denied my coupons after that I noticed a mouse run under the old Filipinas feet by the oven fryer and was like this place is disgusting needs to be inspected by Alberta Health and corporate seriously I will be dealing with the meadows location and Ellerslie location and leduc before capaliano Edmonton most location are great even the old location in st Albert Alberta is older but cleaner and has more better food food tasted so gross my 12 yrold said from capaliano Edmonton. Respectfully this was the biggest slop I've ever faced down I couldn't even finish it, not good tasting. Waste of $30 unfortunately

We got an "extra crispy box" because it's been years since we had KFC. Last time it was pretty lackluster, but somehow its gotten much worse. The "atmosphere" is laughable. "Bucket memories" is a real thingy they have up on the wall. Memories of good times with a bucket of ... chicken, I guess. So our "extra crispy" box had some bland fries, about 10 popcorn chicken bites - those were not great, but not awful. ....Then the chicken....it's greasy and "wet". Like, slimy and gooey wet under the 'crispy' skin. After trying a tiny bit and spitting that out we put a piece into our air fryer and about 3 tablespoons of oil came out of it. Not hyperbole, it's extremely oily. So, one upside for this location was the staff. They're nice, fast, and I have no complaints about them at all. I'm fully expecting the entire chain of KFC to fall apart though, the cost is FAR too high, and the quality of the food is absolutely rock bottom. The KFC of old is long gone. Read more

Absolute thieves. Paid extra for all white meat and they screwed up, called to let them know the error. Said they put me in the book and would provide compensation pieces next visit. Asked if I needed a receipt, but said my phone number would be enough. On return Manager ... was an absolutely disrespectful Karen who refused absent receipt, even upon providing secondary proof of visit and call.
